SERVICES

Pain is often the last symptom before injury.  My goal is to provide the necessary techniques to help your body heal and recover while providing you with tools and recommendations to keep your body in optimal condition for your daily life.

Chances are you’ve tried massage therapy in the past or have had little to no progress.
At Integrative Massage Therapy, we look beyond therapeutic massage to assess what your body needs. Recovery doesn’t stop at bodywork which is why we’ll give you the tools and tips you need to continue recovery outside of treatments.

Don’t know which treatment is right for your pain?
Your completed intake forms tells me more about what you need so I can have an understanding of your current condition. If you would like to arrange a time to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, you can do so here.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

According to the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), massage acts to improve performance, reduce pain, prevent injury, encourage focus and shorten recovery time. Therapeutic massages provide both physical and mental benefits to athletes and non-athletes.
